Plasticization Technology Types

(1) Silicone rubber leaching technology, mainly used in the production of teaching specimens, made specimens soft and tough, the most widely used;

(2) Poly-chemical latex technology, mainly used in archaeological wood products and thick body fault specimens (1cm), specimens opaque and hard;

(3) Epoxy resin technology, mainly used in the production of thin body and organ fault specimens, specimens transparent and different tissue colors are different;

(4) Polyester copolymer technology, originally mainly used in the production of tomography specimens of the brain, it can be gray matter and white matter significantly distinguished, has now replaced epoxy resin technology.
