1. Sculpting

2. Manufacturing mold

3. Color painting, fast curing

4. Filling foaming agent for large products

Pour an appropriate amount of foaming agent into the prototype mold of the product, and the product will be lighter and more textured, which is easier to teach and learn.

 

5. Mold closing, edge sealing, trimming, and beautification

Pour silicone into the foamed product mold, fit the upper and lower parts of the product mold together, and fix them with plaster. After the product is formed, take it out for trimming and beautification, and an environmentally friendly, practical and beautiful model product is produced.
